与主谓倒装没关系。neither...nor, either...or... 有就近原则 用nor 哦然所接词的谓语both...and 用复数
not only...but also..等以上三种名式.用在句首时是主谓倒装。
所谓主谓倒装,是指主语与谓语的位置调换了.例如;here comes the bus.是the bus comes here.的倒装.而上述几个只是连词,并无主谓倒装之意.
