1、操作步骤：依次点击window --> preferences --> General --> Startup and Shutdown --> Automatic Updates Scheduler 这个关了。
2、关闭quick update 解决MyEclipse 启动时自动更新卡住的问题
MyEclipse ------> Preferences -------->genernal-------->network Connections
把选项 改为手动的，manual。
Windows > Preferences >Install/Update>Automatic Updates 去掉勾选
